Fast-a-Thon
What is it?
The MSA Fast-A-Thon is a program where we encourage non-Muslim students and staff to fast with us for one day (sunrise to sunset), in order to raise awareness about Islam and also to raise money for relief efforts around the world. Fasters are invited to break their fast with us in the Galaxy Rooms, where a full course dinner will be served.
Why participate?
For every non-Muslim who fasts with us, local-area businesses have pledged to donate a certain amount of money towards Islamic Relief's Orphan Drive.
This year, the MSA at UTD's Fast-A-Thon will be held on Wednesday, September 1st, 2010.
How do I participate?
You can pledge in one of the following ways:
1. Just fill out the form below!
2. Simply download the pledge form attached below, print and fill it out, and turn it in to the MSA table at the Student Union, Monday through Friday, 12PM - 2PM.
I own a business and would like to donate towards the Fast-A-Thon.
