Ziad : Intro to MJK
Give jobs to everyone for next semester:
- Islamic Awareness Week : Ayham
- Showdown : Aysha Khan and Hiba ( I don’t know which Hiba )
- There will be an accommodation chair, and a bunch of other chairs
- Publicity Chair : Aysha Jabbar
- Finance chair : Hiba Mumtaz
- Program chair: Ayham and Aysha Khan (room reservation , Salah, Breaks, Schedule, physical program, plan the competitions for Brothers and Sisters
- Registration chair : Bilal Kathrada and MJK ( registration forms, registration packets, inform the finance chair )
Interval: Read Maaz’s letter
President Ziad ( red in the face ) admonishes me for reading the manual ( in other words, for doing my job )
- Accommodation chair : ( Arrange rooming ,organize activities, hotels, )

Everyone okay with attending a meeting after finals? Sparse agreement. Final : Yes

NO meeting next week (because it is right before finals and also because of MAS conference )

- Judges : (discussed last week )
Argument on wrestling: Ayham gives a halaqah on wrestling. He wants “middle” people. ( ?? ) We cant have random people wrestle. Liability issue. Plenty of issues. Bottom line : No tournament .But wrestling at the Masjid. Apparently the imam was a good wrestler in his time.
( Bilal tells a funny story ) Polite laughter all around
(Ayham thinks Turkey is a strange country. Imam Yousuf wrestles.)
- Suggestion to rent out MAS youth center for brothers OR sisters

(Yet again we just start rambling and talking crap. Im getting really annoyed )
Suggestion to get Shagor
Ayham : We’ll have Islamic rap. Bilal thought that he said Islamic crap. WHAT IS HAPPENING TO THE MSA?
(Things are heating up now) Dances suggested.
- Tajweed : We can have bilal.

- Halo tournament : (suggested games : Super smash and guitar hero )
Venue : MASoffice sugggested
- Film Festival : Fast a thon
Transportation issues : When people register, we ask them If they need transportation
Reservations at the December 4th meeting
- Sports : Basketball , Socce
Venue: Outdoors. For the gym, we cant bring non UTD people.

We can try doing events: Guys and girls different nights ( possibly )
Talk to hotels and see what king of rates we can get. Give people the option : Ghetto places suggested. As long as it’s safe.
Staying at the MAS center : There are no showers there. (A shower fee on the registration)
(I cant believe it. Were talking for 15 solid minutes, about……showers, and bathrooms)
- 10 dollars fee maximum (probably )
Sisters Kickball is still on.
Registration for January.
Suggestion: We can pillage and loot the community garden
Girls DDR: Debating,
There is a bonfire. Have to check up on it
Yet again, TRY TO HAVE AS MANY OF THE EVENTS AT UTD
