- General body meeting: Wednesday, 1 30pm.
Location: Phoenix room
Br. Shukri will have around 15 minutes to talk.
THINGS TO DO/ KEEP IN MIND :
1. Security needed at the masjid : Yet to be decided
2. Insurance for basketball : people need to get copies of insurance( find out if we need to turn in the insuracen beforehand )
3. State in the information packet that all basketball players need to bring their shower stuff.
4. Assign someone to get kickballs
5. Soccer and Basketball referees needed.
6. Judge for tajweed competition: Jamil’s mom
7. Assign volunteers at the general body meeting( assign members to committees)
8. Myra needs to print the Hijra awareness flyers
9. We need to set Halaqa times
10. Prepare a slideshow of pictures for Habitat For Humanity
11. WE HAVE TO UPDATE THE NEWS ON THE WEBSITE
12. Make a calendar, and post on website ( Ayham/MJK )
13. Need to go to SOF meetings
14. Rifaz needs to email Ms Joanne Davis because he signed up for the SOF meeting but not for the orientation
15. Ayham has to decide a prize for the Halo tournament
