Meeting 07/13/200811:32 – Decided to have cicis nights on Wednesday 07/23
11:34 – Erum will talk to aysha about the SOM room tonight
11:35 – Parent/Community Iftar either September 9th or 11 (Tue or Thur)
11:37 – We need to find out how to book the regency rooms for Iftars, cuz Armac is no longer at UTD
11:49 – Ayham will talk with Islamic Relief about fastathon and khalel meek,
11:52 – Fines for coming to meeting late.. If you come after 11:10, $5.00 will be charged. Meeting notice shud be given at the max, 2 days before the meeting. Meeting Starts sharp at 11:00 regardless of whose here…If you cant make it to the meeting, you have to notify Ayham, or send an email to the officers email list. If the person doesn’t pay by the next meeting, his/her voting rights will be suspended. Cap is $10 a month( twice a month).
