5:46 – Ayham has already booked all 3 galaxy rooms for Sept. 15 for Fasthathon5:53 – Nawal gave a suggestion to bring in a good sheik to do taraweeh so that the attendees can stay longer and we can convince them to donate more. Aysha will follow up on room availability and dates and how we can setup and do taraweeh. Once its book, we will start advertising. Ayham will inquire about Imams.
6:00 – Discussion about iftar nights(20 nights). We will book 1 PGP room, foot will be eaten at the comet café, pray at the PGP room, MJK will book the room. Research will be done to see how much it will cost to bring money. 75 people average come to eat. Ahmed, Shaima and MJK will be in charge of booking sponsors. Ahmed will be in charged of the sponsor list.
6:25 – Nawal talking about Lone Star delegate, MJK will talk to CiCis
